We are a company focused on virtual reality solutions; our goal is to provide our B2B clients the best experience, for themselves and their customers, through Full Reality.
When Matteo Esposito, Flora Caroli, Paolo Pascolo and Luca Ferrari Trecate founded Invrsion, they thought to bring something that was related only to gaming and fun to other contexts. The founders believed in this project where VR would be a platform for building the future of the shopping experience.
After the first round of investments in 2016, we became involved in many projects with Auchan, Henkel and Pomellato and we were awarded at the Popai Awards. We participated in the Walmart Lab as the only Italian company selected, among the three European companies.
Today, we have helped numerous businesses and companies grow by developing our very own technological house blend of VR/AR (and all those other tech acronyms), creating what we call Full Reality: our innovative tool that allows us to enhance experiences to the fullest.
Based on the intuition that VR could be a new environment to replicate business processes, study shopper behavior, and rethink sales models, we founded Invrsion in April and hosted an Investor Day in October.
From our first round of investments, to first launches, first awards, and our first pilot projects for big brands, finishing up with our participation in the Walmart Lab as one of the 20 most innovative companies in the world.
This year brought us new projects all across the world including new collaborations, participation at NYC NRF, big launches and mass digitizations. All leading to an end of year turnover of our first 1,000,000 euros and a profit on the balance sheet.
We started off a successful third full year by crossing borders to aquire new clients in Asia, winning some awards for our outstanding work, and boosting our business so much so that we had to secure our second round of investments to fund all our new projects.
We signed new contracts, initiated new collaborations, and launched the release of our first SaaS solution (ShelfZone Studio) that immediately gained success with our consumers and opened us up to business in retail.
In the midst of Covid-19, our place on the retail market grew exponentially. We expanded by securing our third round of investments, formalizing Invrsion USA, targeting new business in Fashion and Design, and investing in new technologies. Business was booming and to build on our success, we organized our next round of investments with EY.
